1. General overview

  • According to Lithuanian and EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.

  • Additionally, our internal policy states that items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. After the 30-day period, refunds or exchanges will no longer be granted, unless otherwise provided by law (e.g., manufacturing defect).


2. Return conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase must be provided when returning.

  • Please do not send the item directly to the manufacturer – returns are processed only through AkireX, MB.


3. Non-returnable goods

Cannot be returned:

  • Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines and other perishable goods.

  • Intimate or hygiene products (e.g. lingerie, cosmetics, open hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

  • Electronic programs (downloadable software).

  • Dovanų kortelių.

  • Health and personal care products, if they have been opened.


4. Partial refund

Only partial refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • Books with clear signs of use.

  • Open CDs, DVDs, VHS, video games, cassettes or vinyl records.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing for reasons not attributable to our error.

  • Any item returned later than 30 days from delivery.


5. Refund process

  1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming that we have received your return.

  2. We will inform you of the approval or rejection.

  3. If approved, the money will be refunded within 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used to make the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.


6. Late or unreceived money

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time for the money to be officially credited.

  • Contact your bank – there is often additional processing time.

  • If you still do not receive your money, please contact us by email at info@akirex.com or by phone at +37065937930.


7. Discount items

  • Only full-price items are eligible for refunds.

  • Discounted or sale items are not refundable unless they are defective.


8. Exchange of goods

  • We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you want to exchange for the same product – write an e-mail to info@akirex.com and send the product to the following address:

9. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, upon receipt of the return, we will provide a gift voucher for the same amount.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was delivered to the gift giver, only the buyer who gave the gift will receive a refund.


10. Return shipping

  • Goods should be sent to the following address: AkireX, MB, Bagušių g. 81, LT-11311 Vilnius .

  • Shipping costs are not refundable. If the return is approved, the cost will be deducted from the compensation.

  • Siuntimo išlaidos nėra grąžinamos. Jei grąžinimas patvirtinamas, išlaidų suma bus išskaičiuota iš kompensacijos.

  • We recommend using a tracking number or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
