General provisions
Buyer – a person (natural or legal entity) ordering a product online from www.akirex.com.
These rules apply to all orders placed through www.akirex.com from the date of publication of the rules.
AkireX, MB reserves the right to change these rules; changes will take effect upon their publication on the website.
Placing an order
An order is considered a contract when:
a) The Buyer places an order through the Website.
b) AkireX confirms acceptance of the order and possible delivery.
c) If applicable, payment is received.If the goods are not in stock or the delivery date changes, AkireX undertakes to inform the buyer no later than within 5 working days.
